Our pool inspections are a look at all the components of the pool as well as the structural integrity of the pool and surrounding pool deck area. We inspect the pump, filter and heating systems for proper wiring and to ensure each system is functioning as designed. We also inspect the liner or tile for damage and the pool itself and surrounding area for any structural issues. Inspecting the concrete around a pool for any abnormal cracking, sinking or movement can indicate a leak in the pool.
All of our inspectors have completed their training through Pool and Spa Inspectors through United Infrared.
